Job Description -
1) Analyzes needs of customers and consults with staff engineers regarding technical problems.
2) Negotiates terms of sale and services with customers.
3) Work with team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and ensure all customer needs are addressed.
4) Prepare Performa sales invoices, quotations & also check cash receipts of customers.
Also, need to focus on the following points:-
a) Making Sales order,
b) Quotation Follow up,
c) Sales order checking,
d) Mail the material status as well as Proforma to customers,
e) Making Delivery notes.
Qualification- Requirements:-
1. Degree or Diploma in electrical. ( Fresher/ Experienced )
2. Be result oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
3. Attentive to the needs of the organization, responds quickly and competently.
4. Good communication skill & Negotiation skills.
5. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
6. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
7. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
