20% Responsible for attend clients visiting branches and on telephone with handling their queries
related to their d mat & trading accounts and guiding them with other products.
15% Follow up of Existing Customers for Debits & Credits & their pertaining to D mat & Trading &
Mutual Funds(both active and inactive customers through Customer Ownership Programme / Customer
Life Cycle Management
30% Banking Working Pertaining to punching of cheques in the system, Dealing with Risk Management
System , Account Opening & Handling Applications of Various Products.
15% Coordinating with HO / Companies for the resolution of the complaints of the clients & Ensuring
TAT in handling emails, co-ordination with Regional & Corporate Offices and all other day-to-day
administrative activities.
10% Documentation and MIS report maintenance.
10% Business development.
