Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our internal operations. The role involves handling administrative tasks, data entry, report generation, and assisting in maintaining smooth office processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks and support various departments.
Accurately enter and maintain data in company systems.
Prepare and organize company documents and reports.
Assist with inventory management and office supplies.
Support in data analysis and identify discrepancies.
Handle internal communications and occasional customer inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Prior experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
Basic knowledge of finance/accounting (optional).
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
Office Timing : 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days : Mon - Sat
Work Mode : Work From Office.
