Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.

Maintain and update records, databases, and files.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed.

Assist in managing office supplies and equipment inventory.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar back office or administrative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Positive attitude and a team player.
