Job Description: Back Office Fresher

Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

Accurately enter data into the organization's databases and systems.

Ensure data quality and integrity by following established procedures.

Document Handling:

Organize and maintain physical and digital documents.

Assist in scanning, photocopying, and filing documents as needed.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to various departments.

Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.

Communication:

Respond to emails and internal messages promptly and professionally.

Handle routine correspondence and forward important information to the relevant parties.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and other relevant information.

Update and manage databases with new information.

Task Coordination:

Assist in coordinating tasks and projects within the back-office team.

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

Research:

Conduct basic research on assigned topics as required.

Compile and summarize information for reporting purposes.

Learning and Training:

Learn and familiarize oneself with the organization's processes and systems.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Quality Assurance:

Assist in quality assurance processes by reviewing data for accuracy.

Report any discrepancies or errors to the supervisor.

Adherence to Policies:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Follow established protocols for handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively within the team.
