We are hiring a Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations.

Qualifications and Skills

Any Bachelor's degree required

A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar role.

Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks in the back office

Handle and process paperwork, documentation, and records related to the Company's operations.

Maintain accurate and updated records of inventory, orders, and shipments.

Assist in coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth operations.

Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.

Conduct research and gather information as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulations.

Support other team members and assist in ad-hoc tasks as needed
