- Maintain and organize all shipment-related documents, ensuring they are easily accessible for operational purposes.

- Process customer orders, including verifying addresses, shipment details, and delivery schedules.

- Handle inquiries from customers regarding the status of their deliveries or services, providing timely and accurate updates.

- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination between back-office operations and field services.

- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports regarding shipment volumes, delivery statuses, and performance metrics.

- Assist in generating invoices and billing documentation for customers based on the delivery services provided.

- Ensure that all back-office processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.

- Process customer returns and claims, ensuring proper documentation is completed and actions are taken as per company procedures.

- Provide general administrative support to senior management, including handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.

- Ensure the smooth functioning of back-office management software and assist in troubleshooting minor technical issues.
