- Maintain and organize all shipment-related documents, ensuring they are easily accessible for operational purposes.
- Process customer orders, including verifying addresses, shipment details, and delivery schedules.
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding the status of their deliveries or services, providing timely and accurate updates.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination between back-office operations and field services.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports regarding shipment volumes, delivery statuses, and performance metrics.
