• Searching for potential customers from internet and generating database

• Calling from the database and inform them about our product and solutions

• Checking their interest and updating the database

• Manage current order co ordination from supplier to customer

• Incase of recurring customer take the order and do the process till dispatch

• Payment Followup with customer

• Helping sales team for cold calling/coordination/lead generation etc
