Position Overview:
As a Caller at Hobit Technologies, you will be an essential part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking individuals who are dedicated, driven, and ready to contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to potential clients.
Effectively communicate our products and services to prospects.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Qualification Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Willingness to undergo a one-month training program.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
Capacity to make a minimum of 100 calls a day.
Compensation:
Stipend: Rs 5,000 - Rs 10,000 per month (based on performance) after the training period.
