Back Office Operations:
Handle administrative duties related to accounting and finance functions, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings and managing communication.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth financial operations and reporting.
Prepare and manage internal financial and operational reports.
Assist in audit preparations, gathering necessary documentation and data for auditors.
Advanced Excel & Data Management:
Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, macros) to analyze large datasets and generate actionable reports.
Create and automate complex financial models and reports to enhance reporting efficiency.
