Job Title : Backend Office Executive

Location : Jankipuram , Lucknow

Department: Operations

Reports to: Manager

Roll Type : Replacemnet

Timing : 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Salary : 12k - 15k

Gender : This position is only for female candidate.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backend Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for backed operation day to day works.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation, File Handling & Book keeping.

Paper Works & Typing works.

Prepare and manage quotations.

Conducting data entry & maintaining accurate records.

Perform day-to-day office tasks & manage multiple tasks.

Offering administrative support.

Qualifications: -

System Savvy

Excellent command over MS Excel, MS Word, Google Spreadsheets and mailing.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Only Graduate can apply with 1-2 year experience.
