- Solve the quaries of Client & given required information.

- Update customer information in the database.

* Candidates must have experience in customer service ( consumer durables / Electronics sector will be an added advantage) industry for at least 02 yrs.

* Must be Graduate in any stream.

* Good Communication skills in English.

* must have good writing skills in English.

* Good telephonic manner.

* Good command in MS-Excel.
