• Draft correspondence to be sent on behalf of management
• Distribute communications to related departments in a timely manner as and when required
• Assist the front office team and fill in when necessary
• Work in a cross functional role alongside other departments to ensure protocol is being followed in compliance with company policy
• Organizing, maintaining documentation and updating them time to time
• Assist in the preparation of agendas and capture salient points, decisions, action items and status in meetings such as Project Meetings (various departments) and board meetings
• Ensure records are accurately updated and stored responsibly in accordance with company policy
• Maintain a professional rapport with suppliers, customers, and staff
• Schedule meetings for staff and managers of associated departments
• Perform administrative duties such as making reports, printing, photocopying and sending emails, and ordering office supplies
• Handle leadership visits, their logistics (meetings, appointments and itineraries) and their agenda
• Co-ordinating and follow-up with all department as per instruction given
• Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the Management time to time as & when necessary
