Back Office Assistant
Department: Hospitality
Reporting Structure: The Back Office Assistant will report to the Back Office Manager.
Job Summary:
As a Back Office Assistant at MERIDIAN STAYS PRIVATE LIMITED, you will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical tasks to support the operations of the back office. Your role will primarily focus on data entry and maintaining accurate records of the company's operations.
Responsibilities:
Enter data into the company's database systems accurately and efficiently.
Maintain records and files of all financial transactions and documents.
Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure efficient daily operations.
Handle customer feedback and complaints and follow-up to rectify the issues.
Assist the Back Office Manager with any other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience of at least 2 years in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Good communication skills in both oral and written English.
