Responsibilities of candidates includes: manage filing documentation other office work related to the business Knowledge of computer, good typing speed (30 WPM) is also desired. Contact potential leads and handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries. Answer questions about the service or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers. Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations. Perform competitor product analysis and prepare reports. Prepare and reconcile customerbalance
