1. To maintain the safety, functionality, and smooth functioning of all the
departments under the company premises.
2. Ensure all communication records maintained in the company.
3. To see all employee are given their access to Bio Metric machine and the profile is
created in the system as soon as the employee join the company for attendance
purposes.
4. Welcome to new Joiners.
5. Ensure the employee is handed over to the respective department supervisor for
the role briefing.
6. Share the company profile with the new joined employee.
7. Providing all the required access and adding the employee to all the reports for all
related departments.
8. Issuing the office Id card and arranging an official phone if the employee is a
supervisor.
9. To give the Company Policies to the new employee and sharing all the required
information that is important for his/her role.
10. Assign a locker to the employee and ensure the severity of not using the personal
phone is shared.
11. Conducting the assembly in the morning at 9:45 am (office reporting time) and
work should start by 10:00 am (work start time).
12. Organising and managing the schedules of staff of all departments and positions.
13. Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databases as and
when required.
