Job Brief

Back Office Executives support the Accounting, Audit and Taxation teams by performing tasks like processing and recording transactions, preparing reports, on field communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other duties, as needed.

Responsibilities.

• To maintain and manage books of accounts our client’s in Tally.

• To communicate with clients, their managers as applicable and meet their expectations.

• To coordinate with auditors in completing audit.

• To manage reconciliation of bank and cash.

• To be responsible for all the statutory deduction/payment/returns/audit.

• To participate in preparing the monthly P & L, Balance Sheet and Trial balance.

• To support in managing online statutory payments.

• To prepare MIS reports in desired formats.

• To handle filing and handling all legal documents of the company, . contracts and other official docs. Tracking renewals, expiries etc.

• To carry out duties as instructed by seniors from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate in BCom/BAF.

• Professional Certification in Tally and WINMAN.

Requirements

• Latest working experience of 1-2 years with a CA firm only.

• Exposure of handling accounts of small or medium sized business independently would be valued.

• Age up to 28 years.

• Must be well-versed with bookkeeping and accounting in Tally.

• Must have handled TDS, GST and ITR filing independently.

• Must have generated MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.

• Fair oral and written communication skills.

• Should be able to communicate with clients.

• Adaptable and street smart.



Location Constraints

• Preferred candidates staying in and around Ghatkopar. On the Central Line the permitted zone is from CST to Thane. Any other location will not be considered.
