Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating leads over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Aiming to achieve quarterly or yearly targets

• Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding

• Comfortable with the inbound and outbound process.
