Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - Paints
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to expand our footprint in the industrial and commercial paints sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics, experience in dealing with corporate clients, and knowledge of the paint industry. This role involves managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients’ paint and coating needs.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Achievement • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for B2B clients. • Develop strategic sales plans and execute initiatives to maximize sales within the corporate and industrial sectors. 2. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and industrial buyers. • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions to match their project needs. 3. Market and Product Expertise • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the paint industry. • Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits, applications, and unique features of our products to clients. 4. Lead Generation and Business Development • Identify and approach potential B2B clients in key market sectors (., construction, manufacturing, facility management). • Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations and proposals for prospective clients. 5.
