Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and developing strategic initiatives to expand market share within the bitumen industry.

Responsibilities:

-Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.

-Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

-Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to drive business growth.

-Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for expansion.

-Sales Operations: Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics tracking.

-Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

-Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
