• Build partnerships with diagnostic chains, hospitals, and clinics to offer cashless OPD, diagnostics, dental treatment, vaccinations, and other healthcare services to DocOnline customers.

• Manage the end-end provider relationship with cost negotiation, agreement finalization, process development, and service activation.

• Analyze partner-related customer escalations & identify the root cause to eliminate/reduce the complaints in the future.

• Generate monthly MIS to indicate the network penetration on the DocOnline customer demographics, usage reports, and plan to improve usage.
