Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within the B2B market segment through various prospecting
methods, including research, networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders
in target companies.
Understand customer needs, challenges, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions that
demonstrate the value proposition of our products/services.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the
features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team and internal departments to ensure smooth sales cycles, timely
delivery of products/services, and overall customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, negotiations, and contract
agreements, to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the
CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify new
business opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide market feedback, contribute to the development of
marketing materials, and support lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
Experience as a B2B Sales Executive in furniture sales function within the B2B market segment
is required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of B2B Furniture sales operations are required.
Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer connections.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is required.
