Experience required - 1-5 years in Business Development/Telesales (US Markets) Only
Salary - 25,000 to 30,000 per month + One Time Food Facility
Qualification -Bachelor's degree in business development, marketing, or similar.
Master of business administration degree (MBA) preferred.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for New business relationship.
Showcase companys capabilities and target specific client domain.
Attending Summit for Diversity and VMSA for Networking.
Keep close watch on Score card for accounts and Dealing with Program Managers to get program
Strategic Plans for programs and developing client diversity channels and strategic sourcing Leads
Filling details on portals for Suppliers and procurement for Client information and vendor Selection process.
Negotiate and finalize contracts . Develop and maintain various reports like costing and earning per employee.
Understanding of long-term business relationships. Interface with all levels of management and support client's project or staffing needs
Excellent client interaction skills and strategic relationship building skills
Research-orientation and analytical skills are a must
Developing new business prospect.
