We want limited applications for Sales Champions who are high performers.

You would be required to manage a team of Inside Sales/Business Managers in capacity of mentoring, coaching and helping them excel in their jobs and do lead generation for your product, identify right contacts and decision makers, engage with them over conference calls and emails to make them prospects, do value selling, follow up and close and help your team to do the same. You would be responsible for the team and your own Sales quota. If you are not diligent, intelligent, smart, money driven - don’t apply for this Job. Job Location- Gurugram

Job Timings – 10:45AM to 8:00 PM

Working Days- Monday to Friday (All second Saturday’s of the month are full day working)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Managing lead generation, Pipeline creation, Sales, Delivery & Payment.

2. Team Management

3. Overall end to end B2B sales.

4. Lead Generation via CRM, LinkedIn, etc.- Identify Prospects, right contacts, decision makers for products of your team

5. Conference Calls, Send Minutes

6. Do Value Selling

7. Follow up & Close

8. Run email campaigns

9. Data base management, Log Calls and Data in CRM, Excel sheets etc

10. Follow Telecom news and stay updated on Innovations, Technologies

11. Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly KPI’s

NEED TO HAVE SKILLS/ AREAS

5. Must be an MBA.

6. International Sales is prefered.
