Azure Cloud Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced IT professional with relevant experience to assume the role of Azure Cloud Solution Architect for one of our Fortune 500 clients in Bangalore. The candidate must have 7+ years of total IT experience with 3+ years of working experience in the relevant technologies.

Nature of employment: This is a contractual position for a minimum period of 12 months and can be extended depending on the candidate's performance and the company's requirement.

Required Skills : Microsoft Azure, Azure Automation, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Micro-service Programming, Agile

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Deep expertise with Azure Automation, Service Management Automation (SMA)

- Experience working on Agile Development team

- Strong hands-on experience on windows PowerShell, Azure PowerShell and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates

- Building ARM template from scratch to deploy any Azure resource as per the requirements

- Good understanding of Azure Automation Account

- Creating and Managing Automation Runbooks to deploy Azure resource, reporting or to perform management tasks

- Good hands-on experience on Runbooks and Webhooks

- Working knowledge and experience in Micro-Service Programming model, SOA, Service Fabric

- Good understanding and experience in designing, hosting and managing data in SQL Azure, Document DB, Table Storage, Azure Data Lake, BLOB storage.

- Working Knowledge of Git source control system, VSTS, Azure DevOps etc.

- Hands-on knowledge on Azure Devops (VSTS) for building CI-CD pipeline to deploying Azure Resources

- Carrying out automated deployment and build process across Staging, UAT, Model, and PROD environments for various Azure resources and applications

- Microsoft Certifications (MCSA and MCSE) are desirable

Experience in Asset Management / Fund Accounting or Financial Services is preferable
