Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining Azure services to meet the company's cloud infrastructure needs, with a focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Infrastructure Design: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure using Azure services.

Azure Deployment & Configuration: Deploy and configure virtual networks, virtual machines, storage accounts, and other Azure resources.

Monitoring & Maintenance: Implement monitoring tools to oversee performance, usage, and operational health of Azure services, addressing issues promptly.

Security: Ensure security best practices by managing access controls, encryption, firewalls, and monitoring tools.

Automation & Scripting: Develop automation scripts (using PowerShell, Azure CLI, etc.) to optimize cloud infrastructure deployment and maintenance processes.

Cost Management: Optimize Azure usage and resources to ensure cost efficiency through tools such as Azure Cost Management and Billing.

Backup & Recovery: Implement disaster recovery strategies, including backup and restore, failover, and failback operations.

Collaboration: Work with development teams to design and implement DevOps strategies, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure, policies, procedures, and changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of Microsoft Azure services including Virtual Machines, Azure Functions, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, etc.

Experience with Cloud Architecture: Proven experience in designing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures.
