Job Description:-
• Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
• To schedule meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
• Organise conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
• Business to Customer (B2C) calling and generating qualified leads.
• Should make regular calls & timely follow up with customers in order to motivate/ suggest them to adapt Ayurveda/ Panchakarma/ Naturopathy/ Yoga and ensure maximum sales.
• To promote the company's Ayurveda, Panchakarma & Naturopathy Therapies or Programs through sales and convince clients for consultation with the company's Doctors.
• To prepare and submit daily based sales reports to the company.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
• To identify customers' needs and recommending hospital therapies/packages that best fulfill those needs.
• To maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
• Keep detailed records of all clients and update them from time-to-time.
• Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Implement all Sales strategies and meet the set targets.
• Plan work schedules, weekly & monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager.
• Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
• Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
• Analyse sales data to improve results and ensure effective allocation/ optimum utilisation of resources.
• To make Inbound/ Outbound Sales and Cold calling.
