Job Description:-
Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
To schedule meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
Organise conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
Business to Customer (B2C) calling and generating qualified leads.
Should make regular calls & timely follow up with customers in order to motivate/ suggest them to adapt Ayurveda/ Panchakarma/ Naturopathy/ Yoga and ensure maximum sales.
To promote the company's Ayurveda, Panchakarma & Naturopathy Therapies or Programs through sales and convince clients for consultation with the company's Doctors.
To prepare and submit daily based sales reports to the company.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
To identify customers' needs and recommending hospital therapies/packages that best fulfill those needs.
To maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
Keep detailed records of all clients and update them from time-to-time.
Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
Implement all Sales strategies and meet the set targets.
Plan work schedules, weekly & monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager.
Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
Analyse sales data to improve results and ensure effective allocation/ optimum utilisation of resources.
To make Inbound/ Outbound Sales and Cold calling.
