Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of scalable secure and robust infrastructure solutions on AWS focusing on healthcare applications. - Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) practices to automate and manage infrastructure provisioning. - Manage and optimize MongoDB databases ensuring data integrity performance and security. - Employ GIT for version control facilitating team collaboration and efficient code management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored infrastructure solutions. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA in all infrastructure developments. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of infrastructure setups to guarantee high availability and fault tolerance. - Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies applying this knowledge to enhance our infrastructure capabilities. - Monitor and analyze system performance making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals and deadlines. - Document all infrastructure designs and deployments ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference. -Qualifications - Proven experience with AWS services Terraform MongoDB and GIT is required. - Strong understanding of Medicare & Medicaid Claims domain is essential. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Commitment to adhering to security best practices and regulatory compliance in healthcare projects. - Passion for technology and a continuous desire to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
