Responsibilities:

Design, install, configure, and maintain audiovisual systems, including Polycom codes with Zoom integration, audio mixers, and AV Central processors.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their AV requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, including hardware and software problems.

Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Provide training and support to end-users on AV equipment and systems.

Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source and procure AV equipment and components.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5 years plus AV products experience

Proven experience as an AV Engineer, with expertise in Polycom codes with Zoom integration, audio mi, and AV Central processors.

Strong knowledge of AV system installation, and maintenance.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AV systems.

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for AV equipment and system
