Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ASPICE Consultant with expertise in ISO Functional Safety to provide expert guidance on process compliance, functional safety improvements, and best practice implementation across various projects. The ideal candidate will help organizations achieve ASPICE compliance if needed integrating ISO standards and driving continuous process improvements to support both safety and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

� In-depth understanding of Automotive SPICE and ISO Functional Safety, including compliance and safety lifecycle processes.

� Proven experience in process definition, deployment, harmonization, and continuous improvement across projects.

� Ability to perform gap analysis, internal assessments, and audits for both ASPICE and ISO standards.

� Experience in mentoring and coaching project teams on ASPICE and functional safety compliance.

� Strong analytical skills for defining and analyzing KPIs related to process compliance and safety.

� Certifications in ASPICE, ISO , or quality management are beneficial.

Skills & Expertise:

� In-depth knowledge of Automotive SPICE and ISO Functional Safety with proven implementation experience.

� Experience in process definition, deployment, and harmonization.

� Proven ability to conduct gap analysis, internal audits, and ASPICE/ISO assessments.

� Experience mentoring project teams and supporting ASPICE and ISO compliance.

� Relevant certifications in ASPICE or ISO are advantageous.

Qualifications:

./MTech in Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum Qualification Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor, Competent Assessor will be preferred.
