Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Health Assessment: Utilize advanced education and technical expertise to precisely evaluate the condition of vehicles, providing exact sub-system health specifications.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of skilled mechanics, ensuring proficiency in vehicle assessments. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Problem Solving and Execution Excellence: Serve as a central figure in resolving intricate technical issues, ensuring seamless execution of assessments. Implement best practices and standardized procedures for optimized inspections.
Reports and Data Presentation: Compile, analyze, and present reports based on data provided by the mechanics. Create presentable data sheets for internal and external use.
Office Management and Accounts: Manage day-to-day interactions, keeping accounts in place for all activities. Ensure smooth operations within the office environment.
Direct Reporting to Founder: Report directly to the founder, acting as a pivotal bridge between the vision and execution. Demonstrate a focused dedication and unwavering belief in the founder's vision, serving as the backbone of the organization.
Confidentiality and Integrity: Uphold the highest levels of integrity and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information related to client vehicles, ensuring confidentiality and security.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Demonstrated expertise in vehicle assessments and diagnostics, preferably with 0-2 years of prior experience in the industry.
Strong managerial skills, showcasing the ability to lead and nurture a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a track record of execution excellence.
Proficiency in utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and software.
Advanced computer skills with a proven work history using Microsoft applications.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborator
