We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostic procedures on a wide range of vehicles.

Conduct thorough inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues.

Carry out complex repairs and maintenance tasks, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and brake system maintenance.

Use specialized tools and equipment to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.

Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used.

Collaborate with the service advisors to provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs.

Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive repair preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.

Strong diagnostic skills and experience with computerized diagnostic equipment.

Proficiency in repairing and servicing a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
