Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs

Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary

Overseeing and managing the Workshop scheduling and workflow, Performs opening and closing responsibilities, Performs other duties as requested

Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding services recommended and performed

Handling enquiries from customers. Communicating with customers in person and over the phone.

Advising customers on the maintenance and servicing of their vehicles.

Acting as liaison between customers and mechanics and explaining which repairs have been advised.

Explaining the estimated time and cost of the vehicle service and any necessary repairs.
