Up to 5-8 years Two Wheeler retail selling experience as Managers
We are seeking an experienced Two wheeler Bike Showroom Sales Manager/Branch Head to oversee our sales of the Branch and Bookings. Expert In analysing current sales figures, develop effective sales techniques to boost those figures, and train the sales team on the new methods. You will also be responsible for hiring and training talented sales representatives. Our ideal candidate has at least 8 YEARS of Two Wheeler Show Room sales experience and an impressive track record of closing deals and retaining customers.
JOB Responsibilities: Daily Tasks
Distribute and ensure achievement of the overall sales target amongst his team members across all sales territories.
Check, Guide and motivate all Sales managers and Sales Force for customer interaction and if Required jointly close the deal.
Influencing the sales manager, network manager and sub-dealer to perform in retail sales /purchase different models of vehicles on the base of geographical potential and on historical trends.
Conduct a diagnostic Inquiry allocation study and reveal the sub-dealer to educate him on inquiry losses, potential areas, closing ratio etc. to help increase the sales of the network apart from this educate for digital marketing.
Establish good contacts with the various key team members in quick resolution of the technical issues faced by the customer
Provide proper guidance to all sales force to handle digital & telephonic enquiry on monthly basis and ensure its effectively usage for desired business results.
Ensure participation of all DSE for schedule training provide by Suzuki and ensure its effective usage.
Timely communication of incentive schemes for Sales Force and ensure they achieve incentives to maintain higher levels of motivation
