Required:
Computer Science/EE undergraduate degree, or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience within the engineering organization with high level expertise in a specific solution/technology
Understand Product Life Cycle management in an engineering environment, with focus on agile methodologies.
Ability to work in a global team, with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographical regions
Ability to communicate task, requirements, design information with clients on a regular basis
Knowledge of engineering concepts/principles
Proactive, analytical and capable of influencing and providing decision support
Team Player, leader and mentor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good command over English language
Proposing opportunities for follow-on business that result in new business.
Key Qualifications
University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a broad range of application support, enterprise support or domain expertise.
Good exposure to Salesforce CRM landscape.
Analyzes requirements, creates test cases and maintains traceability.
Communication, both written & verbal should be excellent.
Knowledge inclined towards Azure & TFS Agile processAbility to create and maintain Test Strategy/Plan.
Experience on Web API, functional and performance testing.
Experience with automated testing tools and creation of test harness.
Experience with creation/automation of large dynamic test data set (and integration to data lakes) in a CI/CD environment for performance testing.
Lead test team interaction with DevOps team to integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
Good to have automation tools exposure
Leads the efforts of a team of over 10 associates or contractors.
This is not a direct reporting relationship, but leading a project or solution team of developers, testers, engineers or support associates to meet critical deliverables.
May act as a SCRUM Master.
