Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist who can help us with Marketing and Technology both.

Location: Bangalore, Jaipur

CTC: Between 10 LPA to 12 LPA

Skills:

• Expertise in Marketing Automation and CRM platforms especially in Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Mailchimp or Similar Enterprise MAP. Minimum 4 years of experience is required.

• Working closely with clients to define and implement technical solutions to meet their business requirements.

• Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, email and landing page development, testing, and deployment, and continually evaluate these for improvements.

• Proficiency in CRM integrations such as or Microsoft Dynamics

• Experience building and using APIs. Ability to design and build integrations between MAP and different applications.

• Must have good knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets and can create HTML emails, and landing pages in any MAP.

• Should have hands-on experience in design, develop and manage targeted email campaigns/email nurture programs.

• Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards

• Create/Modify lead scoring rules to grade between hot, warm, and cold leads.

• Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, ComplianceOpt in and Data Look Ups etc.

• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices including data privacy laws and deliverability best practices.

• Should have hands-on experience in tool migration and can plan and execute data and assets migration from one MAP to another.

• Should know how to audit MAP instances and fix issues.

• Should know how to set up a Marketing automation tool from scratch and can-do admin setup efficiently. Consult with marketing, technical and business team and provide optimized
