Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the automation and integration of CRM systems, specifically focusing on Zoho CRM. You will play a critical role in setting up and optimizing the CRM pipeline for both B2B and B2C processes. Your expertise in Zapier automation and integration with other Zoho apps will be essential in streamlining our business operations.

Create a backend process with SOP

Responsibilities:

Configure and customize Zoho CRM to meet the specific needs of our B2B and B2C sales processes.

Design and implement automation workflows using Zapier to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and integration opportunities within Zoho One suite of applications.

Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho apps such as Zoho Books, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Desk, etc., to create seamless data flow and optimize business processes.

Develop and maintain documentation for CRM setup, automation workflows, and integration procedures.

Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to CRM automation, data integrity, and integration with external systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRM automation and integration to continuously improve our systems and processes.

Train and provide support to end-users on CRM functionalities, automation workflows, and integration processes.
