Roles& Responsibilities:

- Install DevOps Tools

- Define and configuration/Implement and maintain CI/CD process for Infra as well as

App/DB changes auto deployment

- Troubleshooting Issues

- Performance Tuning

- Delivers service request and incident resolutions, and any related support outcomes, in line

with agreed targets (SLOs, SLAs) and timeframes

- Engages with stakeholders to deliver reliable services by reviewing changes

- Demonstrate a consultative approach to strategic decisions with a particular emphasis on

design and delivery

- Ability to be flexible, decision oriented, and motivated to support management initiatives

- Provide consultation service to support new Service Requests / Intake Process

- Provide oversight of Technology / Change Management Planning

- Analyse existing operations and make recommendations for the improvement and

development of the relevant IT systems
