Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, SCADA systems, and PID control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that improve our operational capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Implement PID controllers and tuning strategies for process control applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation and control systems.
Conduct system testing, validation, and performance analysis.
Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation technology.
Qualifications:
Diploma Electrical Engineer, Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering Preferred.
Proficiency in PLC programming (., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and related software.
Experience with PID controllers and control strategies.
Familiarity with various industrial instruments (sensors, actuators, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
