Educational Requirement:

Tertiary degree qualified draftsperson

High technical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret CAD drawings

Strong communication skills across a variety of stakeholders

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience within AutoCAD

Good experience with 3D modeling in 3D max or similar software

Experience working in residential and commercial building design

Experience working in the design floor plan, elevation, and section

Experience with photoshop and similar image editing tools and software

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
