Job Scope :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components to meet project requirements and industry standards. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design: Create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical components and systems.

Design Validation: Perform structural and thermal analyses to ensure designs meet safety and performance requirements.

Prototype Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and test prototypes of new products.

Material Selection: Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for cost-effective and high-quality designs.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design changes, calculations, and project documentation.

Quality Assurance: Work closely with quality control teams to ensure designs meet industry standards and regulations.

Cost Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities in design and manufacturing processes.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement them to enhance product designs.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .

Proficiency in CAD software (., AutoCAD).

Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
