We are seeking a competent Back Office Computer Operator to join our team. As a Back Office Computer Operator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and computer-related tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. Your primary duties will include data entry, maintaining records, managing files, and assisting in general office tasks. Additionally, proficiency in AutoCAD and CorelDRAW is required to support our design and drafting needs.
Responsibilities:
>Perform data entry task accurately and efficiently.
>Make Quotation for Clients.
>Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
>Manage and organize electronic and physical files.
>Assist in managing paper work and documentation.
>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
>Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
>Provide general administrative support as needed.
>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
>Assist in inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
>Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
>Proficient in data entry and computer operations.
>Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
>Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.(Word, Excel, etc.).
>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
> To review AutoCAD drawings sent from architect.
> To define the typology of door & windows along with all type of glass.
> To make a preliminary proposal with drawings.
> To take input from client/Architect/PMC & revise drawing and opening scheduled accordingly.
> To make a revise proposal & submit to the client.
