Job Description:

• Meeting with architects, designers, and engineers to discuss design ideas.

• Perform site visits and create accurate AutoCAD and Revit plans reflecting existing conditions.

• Presenting rough design drafts for client approval. Finalizing AutoCAD models. Presenting models to clients.

• Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using AutoCAD software. Blending technique and aesthetics to create final designs.

• Knowledge of industry, engineering, math, and materials. Able to design independently

• Familiarity with appropriate design and visualization tools. Use software to create detailed 2D or 3D designs for complex projects.

• Completing job reports.

• Must be highly creative and innovative in designing

• Must have a thorough knowledge of construction materials and accessories
