**Reports To:** Service Manager

1. **Vehicle Diagnosis and Repair:**

- Perform accurate diagnostics on Maserati vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.

- Repair engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and other vehicle components.

- Conduct system overhauls and updates in line with Maserati guidelines.

2. **Maintenance Services:**

- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

- Ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition, meeting Maserati's performance standards.

3. **Technical Expertise:**

- Stay updated with the latest Maserati technology, systems, and diagnostic tools.

- Use manufacturer-specific tools and software to perform repairs and updates.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**

- Maintain detailed records of repairs, services, and inspections.

- Report recurring issues or concerns to the Service Manager for escalation.

5. **Customer Interaction:**

- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle concerns and repairs performed.

- Provide professional advice and recommendations on vehicle care and maintenance.

6. **Compliance and Safety:**

- Follow all Maserati service protocols and safety guidelines.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to workshop standards.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- **Educational Background:** Diploma or certification in Automotive Technology or a related field.

- **Experience:** 3+ years of experience as a technician, preferably with luxury or premium vehicles. Maserati-specific training or certification is a plus.

- **Technical Knowledge:** Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques.
