Job Description:

We are in search of a proficient Auto Painter to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive painting techniques, an eye for color matching, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes on various vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and ensuring a smooth, clean surface for painting.

Color Matching: Mix and match paint colors to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications or as directed by customers, ensuring an accurate and seamless finish.

Paint Application: Apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment, ensuring even coverage and a flawless finish.

Detail Work: Perform intricate detailing work, including pinstriping, custom designs, or special finishes as required.

Quality Control: Inspect painted vehicles for imperfections, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to color and finish specifications.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean painting equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Auto Painter, preferably in an automotive repair or customization shop.

Skills: Proficiency in automotive painting techniques, including color matching, blending, and applying clear coats for different types of vehicles.

Color Perception: Strong ability to perceive and match colors accurately to meet manufacturer or customer specifications.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to achieve precise finishes and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Adaptability: Ability to work on various vehicle types, models, and sizes, adapting to different painting specifications and deadlines.

Team Collaboration: Effective communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, technicians, and supervisors to meet project objectives efficiently.
