1) Knowledge of Interior Designing /AutoCAD 2D/3D, Google Sketch up/Photoshop, 2D Modeling/ Drawings/ Structural Drawings/

Developing detailed drawings, Layout plans, elevation and sections.

2) Propose creative/competitive designs to the management to obtain more business opportunities.

3)Plan, design & furnish interior as per client requirements.

4) Estimate BOQ Equipment & technical points.

5) Highly professional and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.

6) Should be well versed with Co- Ordination, Technical Drawings, and Concept Design, and Design Review, timely

Follow-ups on Projects deliverable, consultant coordination, and Vendor Management. 

7) Be comfortable in site supervision & willing to travel all over India.

8) Electrical and plumbing detail drawing, Flooring layouts, particular area designing along with detailing.

9) Require for the coordinate working of the interior & exterior projects.

10)Be able to understand clients need & coordinate with them.
