Qualification:- I) A Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
ii) Relevant certifications or courses in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or 3D modeling are highly preferred.
Experience :-i) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 2D and 3D design, preferably in the pharmaceutical equipment manufacturing industry.
ii) Proficient in AutoCAD (for 2D drafting) and SolidWorks (for 3D modeling and assembly design).
iii)Experience in designing equipment such as mixers, reactors, filtration systems, and other pharmaceutical machinery is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:-
2D and 3D Design Creation:
Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings for pharmaceutical equipment, including layout, assembly, and component drawings.
Create and modify 3D models of equipment and components using SolidWorks, ensuring functionality, manufacturability, and ease of assembly.
Collaboration with Engineering Team:
Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and translate them into accurate technical drawings.
Assist in the preparation of design schematics, bills of materials (BOM), and technical specifications.
Provide technical support during the prototyping and testing phases.
Design Optimization:
Review and optimize designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ASME, and other pharmaceutical regulations.
Perform tolerance analysis, stress testing, and other relevant design verifications.
Revision and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all design revisions, including both AutoCAD and SolidWorks files.
Prepare technical documentation for production, assembly, and quality control teams.
Support Manufacturing Process:
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth transition of designs from concept to production.
