Job Description:

The Associate should be able to handle statutory audits, income-tax audits and GST audits of companies, firms and proprietorships

Job Specification:

The Associate should have experience in handling and preparing statutory financial statements of clients, preparing tax audits and income-tax returns of clients and optionally, preparing and finalizing GST annual returns of such clients.

Key Skill Required in Candidate Skills:

1. Excellent knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and regulatory requirements.

2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Genius income-tax filings.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Any other specification / Expectation:

1. The first preference is for persons who have dropped out of giving CA exams.
