We are looking for ATM Service Executive to provide technical assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade and

troubleshoot hardware and software systems.

If you're Techno sarvy and enjoy supporting and users, we'd like to meet you. To succed in this role, you should have a problem - solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions.

Ultimately, you will ensure prompt and accurate customer services and increase client satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

To attend customer problem at ATM machine.

Resolve the technical Problem within assign time limit.

To meet the customer personally.

Provide service to customer satisfaction.

To improve your technical knowledge for attending technical problems more efficiently

Following organization policies procedures system & Reporting system.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

ITI

10th or 12th pass.

Diploma

Proven work experience as ATM service executive.

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Communication skills, a professional appearance and a driver's license.

Agility, since technicians must work in odd postures.

Strength to lift heavy equipment.

Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with information technology.

customer oriented attitude.

Ready to work on field.
