Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard qualified astrologers to the platform.
Verify astrologers’ credentials and expertise prior to onboarding.
Assist astrologers in setting up their profiles, services, and pricing within the app.
Collaborate with the tech team to integrate astrologers' consultation services into the app.
Train astrologers on utilizing the platform for live consultations, reports, and customer interactions.
Serve as the main point of contact for astrologers, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth experience.
Monitor astrologer performance and gather customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote astrologer services and boost engagement.
Maintain an organized database of astrologers and ensure timely payment for their services.
Requirements:
Experience in talent onboarding, vendor management, or customer relations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with astrology services and consultation models is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to coordinate effectively between astrologers and the tech team to optimize the platform.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple astrologers and their schedules.
